April 17, 2014 - "Sadistic" Swede Savard Retires

As of Thursday, April 17, 2014 Swede Savard has left Crazy Hardcore Wrestling.

But is he really gone?

I'm unsure of it, but I'm honestly not thinking so.

Reasons why he is gone:
-Injuries. It's no secret he has suffered numerous injuries.
-Tired. Although it's no major schedule, it's safe to assume that the constant craziness and flights have worn the "Pride of Pittsburgh" out.
-Management. It's safe to assume both members of S&M haven't been too important in the eyes of management lately. They had a shot to hold the Tag Team Championships, and as much as we would have loved another run, it didn't happen. Neither have been too into many title matches lately.

Reasons why he isn't gone:
-Stubborness. Why would you want to leave a company you helped build?
-Work. I honestly don't think this is a work, however it could be. He felt guilty about injuring Agent Exhile. What if Exhile is to return to CHW and address Swede, or forgive him? Would this angle work,
-Minor role. Swede returns to CHW under a management role. Not on camera, but off.
-Build a career. Someone new to CHW like Nikky Chance opens the show and issues an open challenge to anyone he hasn't beaten. Swede comes out to confront Nikky. History has shown, Nikky has not defeated Swede Savard. A clean win over Swede Savard would elevate anybody.

Review:

Maybe we should just let Swede retire in peace, is he done? Probably not. Expect an appearance here and there. Either way, he's done with an active wrestling role for now. Don't expect a return immediately.
